Devin Whatley

Devin Whatley is a Managing Partner at the Ecosystem Integrity Fund, where he leads deal structuring, negotiations, and fund operations, and works closely with the portfolio companies. He has been dedicated to environmental sustainability for close to 30 years and in particular the application of sustainability in technology and commerce. He believes that demonstrating business success in sustainability is not only possible, but also required in order to accelerate the society-wide shift to a clean and green existence.

Geoffrey Eisenberg

Geoffrey Eisenberg is a Partner at the Ecosystem Integrity Fund and has been a member of the EIF investment team since its inception. Geoff leads fundraising and investor relations for the firm. His responsibilities also include investment deal sourcing, sector research, and strategy development, with a particular focus on Transportation, Renewable Energy, Grid Modernization, and Green Chemistry. Geoff also works directly with EIF’s portfolio companies on strategy, capital raising, and business development. He serves as a board director for ZeroAvia, Shoreline, and Sunverge, and a board observer for Liminal. He is formerly a board member of AMP and T-Rex, and was a board observer at EV Connect and Complete Solar.
